- Palestine Centre for Excellence is an independent and nongovernmental scientific centre that is not affiliated to any place or group.
- Studies and consultations are conducted solely to serve knowledge and consolidate the national, Arab and Islamic rights.
- Academic objectivity, accuracy of information and qualitative research will be strictly observed and pursued.
- Collaboration and integration with similar centres and institutions is a priority of the Centre.
- The opening up to all ideas and new intellectual and political trends is a prime concern of the Centre.
- The Centre does not accept any preconditioned funds, in cash or kind that may adversely affect its mission and objectives.
